Editors Note May 12 2012: Jordan stopped by my studio for a first crash course in gemstone photography. He’s off and running but hopefully there will be several more followups – at this point the best approach for Jordan is to practice a bit to develop his own style – or to simply take more photos.

Editor Note: Beautiful glowing amber-orange rose color with less than a hint of hessonite brown.  There is a divot towards outside center of rough that will result in a bit of weight loss.  You can see the top of this divot in the photo.
